Who We Are
At Naibunga Upper, we believe that conservation thrives when communities are at its heart. By working hand in hand with the people of Morupusi, Ilpolei, and Munishoi, we aim to create a harmonious balance between rangeland restoration, wildlife conservation, and sustainable livelihoods.
Our efforts go beyond safeguarding nature. From engaging youth in conservation education to creating jobs through eco-tourism and natural resource management, we are committed to transforming lives while protecting the land we all depend on. Community members are actively involved in every aspect, be it wildlife protection, habitat restoration, conflict resolution, benefit sharing ensuring that conservation is deeply rooted in local ownership and cultural values.
Together, we are shaping a future where healthy ecosystems and empowered communities thrive side by side and where the protection of our environment directly translates to better lives for our people and resilience for generations to come.
